A pre-order is a product that has not yet been released. We have received the information about the product from the supplier and you have the option to pre-order this product.

A large portion of the products we offer are limited editions. They are only made once in a limited edition. By pre-ordering a product in our webshop you guarantee this product.

When placing your pre-order you can choose from 3 different payment options.

1. You pay the full amount.

Your order has been confirmed. After payment you do not have to do anything anymore. When the product arrives at our warehouse, we will ship it to you the same day.

2. You pay a deposit of 10%

You confirm the order by paying a deposit.

When the product arrives at our warehouse you will receive a payment request for the remaining amount. After payment, we will send the product to you.

The payment request is valid for 14 days. After this period we will cancel the order.

If you place an order consisting of a pre-order item and a stock item, your order will only be shipped after the pre-order item has arrived.

Does your order consist of multiple pre-order items? Then your order will only be shipped after all these items have arrived.

If you would like to receive your products upon release, it is recommended that you order them separately.

  • Did you pay a 10% advance? After the pre-order has been received, you will receive a message from us to pay the remaining amount in your account. If you make the payment before 3 p.m. on a working day, your order will be delivered the next day. You will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track the order.
  • Did you pay for the pre-order in full? Your pre-order will then be shipped automatically after entering our store. You will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track the order.

Sure! A pre-order can be canceled at any time. There are 2 situations:

  • Do you cancel the pre-order within 14 days after placing your order? You will then be refunded the amount paid.
  • Do you cancel the pre-order later than 14 days after placing your order? We then charge an administration fee of 10% on the full amount. Did you pay a deposit? Then this will not be refunded. Did you pay the full amount? Then we deduct 10% of the total amount.

Example: You cancel a pre-order 3 months after placing your order. You paid for the pre-order in full for an amount of €89. We will cancel the pre-order and you will be refunded €80.1 (€89 - 10%).

Because the delivery times of pre-order products often shift (earlier or later), we indicate the expected delivery time in quarters.

Q1: January, February, March
Q2: April, May, June
Q3: July, August, September
Q4: October, November December

In most cases, your product will be delivered in the indicated quarter. It can always happen that your product is delivered earlier or later than the indicated quarter. The delivery times are therefore indicative.

The expected delivery time on the product pages is always up to date.

We do not work with the principle 'customer places an order, store places the order with the supplier'.

Almost all pre-order products (read the exception at the bottom) that are offered in the webshop have been ordered in advance from our suppliers.

This way we insure 99% of the pre-order products offered. In a few rare cases the supplier will cancel a pre-ordered product, but this is rare. Is your pre-order product unexpectedly canceled by the supplier? You will then be informed of this.

Exception: Is there a pre-order deadline mentioned in the product description? We will then reorder the product after placing your order. We receive this data from the suppliers. This usually concerns expensive collector's items. This pre-order deadline is indicated in bold and red.

Collecting Loyalty Points

You can collect points by creating an account in our webshop and/or making a purchase in our store. Points are tracked using your email address.

You get a point for every € you spend afterwards. You can monitor the progress of your points trough the Loyalty button at the bottom right of the webshop.

Would you like to exchange your points for a discount voucher? This can also be done trough the same button. You will then receive a discount code that you can use during checkout.

Each point is worth 4 euro cents. From 100 points you can get a discount voucher. In the table below you will find some examples. The highest discount voucher you can get is €40.


Points cannot be used to pay the remaining balance of a pre-order.
